U.S. Passport

Add Pages

Additional visa pages may be added to undamaged U.S. passports and emergency passports, free of charge.  Please download the necessary form (DS-4085) from the Department of State's website.

You, or someone bearing a letter signed by you designating the person to request additional pages to your passport, can submit your application (DS-4085) and passport at the Embassy on your behalf during normal business hours (M, T, W, TH and F, 9:30-11:30 a.m. and 1:30-3:30 p.m.).  We are closed Wednesday afternoons and on U.S. and Korean holidays.

Please allow up to 24 hours for processing.  Plan to pick up your passport at 3:30 p.m. or the next day or request it be mailed to you at a local address (see below).  We do not send passports to APO addresses.

How to Submit Your Application (DS-4085) to the Embassy

You can send your passport and application to us, and after we add pages, we’ll send your passport to you using the two-way system described below. This method means that you do not need to visit the Embassy to have additional pages added to your passport.
