What is the Information Resource Center (IRC)?The Information Resource Center (IRC) is the U.S. Embassy's reference and research service that delivers information about U.S. policy and society to the Korean people. Our goal is to provide specialized, accurate, and authoritative information about the United States to Korean institutions and professionals. Materials in the IRC cover several key subjects about the United States: its government, economy, society, and culture. | | | IRC Programs and ActivitiesWINDOW ON AMERICAA partnership between the U.S. Embassy and Korean educational institutions to establish a set of bookshelves housing books and free USG publications in highly visible areas. To celebrate American holidays and other special events, the U.S. Embassy schedules Holiday Series events and invites college, high school, and other youth groups. MISSION SPEAKER PROGRAM A presentation and discussion program with American diplomats for students or organizations arranged by special requests. IRC ORIENTATION IRC briefings or orientations for groups can be arranged by request made in advance.
